I received a set of Shun knives gift from a friend. I am very happy on seeing these kinds of knives. This is my first time seeing this knife and I touch it slowly because I am afraid it could cut my fingers. My most favorite knife in Shun knives collection is the Shun Ken onion three inches Chef Knife. This knife is handcrafted from Japan and has an ergonomic handle design and a unique blade. The shape of the blade is designed to maximize the glide of the blade across the cutting board making it easier to use without shoulder tension. That is why I could not feel any pressure on my shoulder when using this knife. These set of knives are very helpful when I am doing my cooking. I have a small eatery and I am very thankful to have these knives. Chopping, mincing and dicing is not a problem anymore.
